The food is great! I love the prime rib and brisket carving station! The salad bar and fried shrimp are great too. It's a nice relaxed dining atmosphere and the service has always been great whenever I come. Also the cookies on the dessert bar, not sure if they are made in house but they are amazing the right combo of sweet and flavor seriously delicious! I come to Bonfire every time I visit O. C.

If you love cold food then this is your place!! Not a single item I plated from the Buffett was hot or fresh. I arrived early enough during dinner hours (5:00pm Sunday) that I thought this wouldn’t have been a problem, I could not have been more wrong.
London Broil and Prime Rib I’m sure would have been great, but of course when you eat it cold it’s not the same. If I could rate the food lower than a 1 out of 5 I would. None of it was edible, so get small portions as to not waste so much. Super unfortunate outcome, as I had extremely high hopes of this place being absolutely delicious. I think an average rating of 3.9 is far too high for this place. I think a solid 3.0 would be more than fair. For the price point this is a 10 out of 10 would not recommend. The only upside would be there adult beverages, if you’re 21+ they serve strong drinks at very reasonable prices. Service was also a plus, friendly staff, frequent check ins, seated immediately. Really really bummed the food was terrible. Spoke to the manager at the end of the meal just to offer ways to improve the experience for their patrons, and Rick was able offer us a discount on our bill which was very much appreciated. Our server Alisa was outstanding.

We enjoyed the wide variety of food. I enjoyed the seafood offered, though the crayfish could use some seasoning. My spouse loved the prime ribs and wants to come here everyday for dinner. We arrived early so no wait, service was standard.
